We're a close-knit community of 104 homes nestled in wooded lots, with amenities including a park with a pavilion, playground, and basketball court where our families can gather and play. Avian Woods provides the perfect combination of a serene retreat from the business of life and quick access off I-35, giving easy access to the conveniences of Guthrie, Edmond, and Oklahoma City.

As a self-managed HOA, our neighbors volunteer their time to ensure smooth operations and uphold community standards.
